 Returns and refunds

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please make sure you have checked details and sizes of the crystals before purchasing.

 

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Please remember all our crystals are natural and will have their own imperfections and flaws. We cannot accept returns or refunds on items for natural cracks, chips and imperfections. If an item has obvious damage from shipping, we can offer 15% of the value in store credit, or a full refund on return.

If something has arrived completely broken, please send a picture of how the package and item arrived. You will be refunded the full value of the item minus shipping costs.

 

Refunds / Store Credit

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process the refund.

When requesting store credit, you should receive your refund immediately.
